General Information:

Metal fabricating services including sheet & plate fabrication, plate shearing, punching, drilling, press brake forming, plate rolling, fitting & welding. Plate shearing includes CNC plate burning, plasma cutting & oxyfuel cutting. Materials fabricated include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloys & aluminum. Products fabricated include brackets, clips, pipe clamps, pipe supports, structural steel, belt guards, coupling guards, cabinets, panels, boxes, tanks, non-code vessels, stacks, ductwork, cones, transitions, skids, platforms, ladders, hoppers & bins. Stacks up to 12 ft. 3 in. dia. x 50 ft. long & 68,000 lbs., bunkers up to 12 ft. x 12 ft. x 26 ft. long & 124,000 lbs. & beams up to 36 in. x 280 lb/ft. long can be fabricated. Equipped with machinery rollers, forklifts & overhead cranes to move weldments of up to 40 tons & lifts & truck mounted hydraulic cranes with lifting capacity of 365 tons. Custom fabrication of parts & complete products can be done.

Lifting Capability:
Weldments up to 40 tons are moved within the building using machinery rollers, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
Lifts up to 365 tons are accomplished with the use of truck mounted hydraulic cranes furnished by rigging companies.
